Confidential Job Opportunity: Pool Services Sales Representative (Work from Home)

Are you a seasoned pool industry professional with a deep understanding of pool cleaning, chemicals, and equipment repair sales? Do you have a personable demeanor, a strong phone presence, and the ability to close deals? If so, we want you on our team!

About the Role:

We are seeking a Residential Pool Services Sales Representative to drive sales for our pool cleaning and equipment repair services. This work-from-home role requires a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach, with an emphasis on nurturing long-term customer relationships rather than high-pressure tactics. While most leads will come from repeat and referral business, prospecting and occasional cold calling may be required to generate new customers. A strong focus on follow-through and customer retention is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and engage with residential pool owners to identify service needs
- Make outbound sales calls, including cold calls, to generate new leads
- Create and present compelling sales proposals tailored to customer needs
- Follow through consistently to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Provide expert guidance on pool maintenance and equipment repair solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups

✔ 25+ years of experience in pool cleaning, chemicals, and equipment repair sales
✔A personable, engaging phone presence that builds trust and rapport
✔ Strong prospecting skills, including the ability to generate and convert leads
✔ Follow-through mindset—proactive in closing deals and maintaining relationships
✔ Ability to handle cold calling when needed to drive new business
✔ Strong organizational skills to manage sales proposals and follow-ups
✔ Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment
