Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. Duties

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring seamless negotiation and contract finalization.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster long-term loyalty and collaboration.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams in project management efforts aimed at delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving business targets.

Skills

Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud features to optimize sales processes and data management.
Excellent communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management across diverse industries.
Proven experience in business development management with a focus on enterprise selling and deal closing.
Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while identifying new market opportunities.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, client communication, sales negotiation, and deal closing strategies.
Skilled in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results efficiently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for creating presentations, reports, and strategic documentation.
Experience in marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand awareness efforts.
