Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Data Entry
Processing Settlements and Load Sheets
Logger Payroll
Preparing Reports and Charts
Balancing Accounts
Keeping Accurate Records
Communication with Truck Drivers and Loggers
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School degree required. Additional education up to a relevant associate degree is preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative assistant experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
