Full Job Description

DICE Resource Holdings, LLC is looking to hire a Central Station Alarm Dispatcher. The primary function of the dispatcher is to promptly answer incoming emergency/alarm calls. The ideal candidate will need to be experienced in basic computer skills, have excellent customer service skills, and pass a background check. Must be able to work overtime, extra shifts, holidays, and weekends. This is a 24/7 call center environment that requires individuals to sit for long periods of time.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 2 positions available

2:00p.m. to 10:00p.m.

10:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide excellent customer service

* Effectively communicate over the phone and email

* Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls

* Contact emergency services and appropriate personnel when applicable

* Promptly document all events and responses

* Complete additional tasks as assigned

* Punctual and reliable attendance is critical

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Minimum one year experience in dispatch or call center environment

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Knowledge of basic computer functions

* Must be able to work overtime as needed

* Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends as needed

* Must Pass Background Check
