Full Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Follow workflows, maintain protocol, communication of process, and financial reporting, within audit worthy format and storage.
Identifying suspicious activity and/or items that do not appear correct according to workflow, by reporting immediately to the Accounting Manager and Managing Member, CFO.
Customer invoicing and payment applications in the Case Management software.
Assist accounts payable, vendor setup, vendor invoices and payments, credit card activity, employee reimbursements.
Assistant accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer setup, customer invoices and payments in QuickBooks, customer retainers and past due collections.
All duties and tasks assigned by direct report and/or Executive Management

Requirements

Pass Drug Test and Criminal Background Check that is required and best business practice(s) of CSI and client(s).
Insurable by CSI’s auto insurance company
Maintain valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for casework.
Maintain all necessary forms of ID are required to be obtained and maintained to travel by vehicle or commercial airlines.
Experience required using: QuickBooks, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365.

Ability to work independently, working 90% of the time without error.

Physical Environment/Demands

Ability to travel by car.
Indomitable work ethic and the willingness to work additional hours as needed.
Perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.

Education and Experience

Minimum Required: High School degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in any related field.
