Full Job Description

We're partnering with our client, a healthcare marketing agency, to find a skilled Creative Project Manager. This is a remote, 12 month contract that needs to be worked from the Pacific Northwest region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects through a major brand transformation.

Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily execution of branding initiatives across assigned regional markets, including signage, digital assets, and collateral updates.
Provide direction and support to Program Coordinators, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
Coordinate the rollout of branding materials, ensuring alignment with national templates and brand standards.
Serve as a liaison between market teams, vendor partners, and the regional leadership to ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, identify potential issues, and escalate risks to stakeholders as needed.

Creative Project Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
5+ years managing multiple projects, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in implementation planning, stakeholder management, and change readiness.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Google Drive.
