Must Haves:

5-15+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning and trust administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management software
Experience with Form 706 tax returns is a plus
Knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court rules and procedures strongly preferred

Your New Role:

This established law firm has been a fixture in the Pacific Northwest legal world for nearly a century. They’re in the market for an experienced Trust Administration Paralegal to support a partner known for their exceptional client service and subject matter expertise.

In collaboration with a strong team of paralegals and legal assistants, you’ll handle a variety of trust administration matters. This will include drafting correspondence, deeds, and other trust-related documents; gathering information from clients and financial institutions; and tracking progress and compliance for trust funding. Additionally, you will track your billable hours and maintain trust schedules.

Your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential, and your team will appreciate your upbeat disposition and willingness to help others.

This is a primarily in-office role. However, the firm prioritizes trust and autonomy and offers the flexibility to work from home when necessary.
