Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Pricebook/Store Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is part-time but could develop in to a full-time role in the future. We need someone who can work Sunday and two days during the week. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, managing product pricing databases, and supporting store operations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and experience with various financial software systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization committed to excellence and integrity in all aspects of financial management.

Duties

Maintain and update the company’s pricebook database, ensuring all product pricing is accurate and current
Balance daily books for the store while multi-tasking and perform customer service
Demonstrated ability to work with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting purposes
Excellent attention to detail with proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting systems or software updates while maintaining high accuracy levels
