Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while managing essential bookkeeping tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment for staff, management and clients . This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine administrative expertise with financial acumen in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll support
Able to work in an environment of multiple businesses and ownerships
Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing, document proofreading, and updating records in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette and support
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure an organized workspace
Support administrative functions as a personal assistant.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks or comparable accounting software; experience with bookkeeping or data entry is essential
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Education in business management, accounting, bookkeeping.
