Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Bookkeeper with excellent multi-tasking skills to join our finance team. In this vital role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the organization’s financial health. Your expertise in various accounting software and systems will help streamline processes, facilitate precise reporting, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a collaborative environment committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

Duties

Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain precise financial records
Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, tax filings, and compliance with payroll regulations
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis

Experience

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and Excel spreadsheets
Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting accurately
Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
