Bazzini LLC is a well-established confectionery and nut processing manufacturer located in the Lehigh Valley area of Eastern Pennsylvania. With a rich history dating back to 1886, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality brands such as Bazzini, House of Bazzini, Bartons, Barricini, and Chateau, as well as private label products for the US and Canadian markets.

Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Cycle Count Associate to join our dynamic team at Bazzini. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting our supply chain operations. The Inventory Associate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate daily cycle counts of the company’s stock inventory in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Assist with regular analysis of inventory and stock tracking issues, investigate problem areas for corrective action, including follow-up reporting, data management and effective communications.
Inventory tracking and physical identification of items, e.g. ingredients, packaging supplies, finished goods, etc. is to be performed within both dry and refrigerated warehouse environments.
Maintain accurate, organized documentation and reports.
Proactively identify and communicate all discrepancies to Inventory Control Manager and designated personnel.

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physically Active Role: This position involves extensive walking throughout warehouse and production areas to accurately monitor, count, and assess various inventory items and their characteristics.
Must be physically able and willing to operate such equipment as a forklift, pallet jack, and/or cherry picker.
Flexible Availability: Must be willing to work overtime as needed, including during physical inventories, special projects, or company events.
Dependability & Initiative: Requires a reliable, self-motivated individual who works with urgency and dedication, completing tasks safely, efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Computer Proficiency: Basic familiarity with data entry and inventory systems is essential. Candidate should be comfortable managing data and clerical details. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required (associate degree a plus), along with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential.
Team Collaboration: The role requires regular interaction with personnel across all departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
