Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Producer

Commission-Based | Profit Sharing | Book of Business Equity

Garcia Agency LLC is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing independent insurance agency.

If you're a licensed Michigan insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new clients, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most, we'd love to talk with you.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new personal and commercial insurance clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, and business development
Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, business owners, and referral partners
Quote, present, and sell personal and commercial insurance products
Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Provide professional risk management recommendations tailored to each client's needs
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently generate new business opportunities
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed production goals

Qualifications

Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required)
Previous insurance sales experience preferred
Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, or both is a plus
