Job Description

We are always looking to add talented and dedicated people to our growing team. Currently, we are seeking a skilled go-getter to fill a role in our IT department. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

Maintain Help Desk queue on a daily basis
Perform maintenance and support of newly acquired and existing hardware including pc’s, servers, mobile phones, wireless devices and others
Possibility of travel to all company locations, including out of state locations
Interaction and communication with all end users
Setup and configuration of newly hired employee’s computers
Run Database cleanup routines as needed
May perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook
Ability to train end users on computer basics when called upon
Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and ready to work in a fast paced environment
Great problem solving and decision making ability
Ability to work independently as needed and as part of a team
Must be willing to be flexible in work hours to get projects or maintenance done if needed
