Job Overview

To comply with the requirements of the companies and responsible for all training for the entire local plant. Reports to the human resources manager.

Tasks

Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all training sessions.
Sending post-event surveys to participants, collecting the completed responses, and reporting the results to the team.
Training learner participation and logging training hours.
Responsible for the coordination of the physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentation.
Compiling and communicating learner scorecards to convey readiness to hit the floor.
Publishing & enrolling Team members in Academy Assets.
Entering training hours and training records.
Create new training content.
Must be very organized and detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.

Additonal Tasks

This position requires the ability to work at a desk, utilize a computer, and move freely continously throughout the plant production areas to speak with employees daily across all shifts.
Health, safety , & physical demands.
