Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of front office functions, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of property management systems. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, bilingual or multilingual, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

Duties

Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest registration, reservations, and check-out procedures using hospitality reservation systems such as PEP or similar property management systems (PMS)
Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality etiquette
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Oversee guest relations by resolving issues promptly through customer service problem-solving techniques and ensuring guest satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations and timely response to guest needs
Implement hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety protocols are followed during incidents or emergencies
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and prepare reports for management

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front office operations with a strong background in customer service and guest relations
Familiarity with hotel management software such as PEP or comparable property management systems (PMS)
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and proficiency in phone communication and multi-line phone systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client communication and resolving guest concerns efficiently
