Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing administrative support while also handling various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses
Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and management
Support calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in clerical roles or administrative positions is highly valued
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Familiarity with phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
