Full Job Description

WILL TRAIN. Looking to hire an office assistant with proficiency in clerical and routine office skills as listed below to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Employment opportunity requirements:

must have typing skills
basic computer skills
effective, friendly, and professional communications skills
familiarity of automated office systems (fax, printer, credit card machine, etc).

Tasks to include:

answering phone calls
service order entry
appointment scheduling
ordering/selling of parts
inventory data entry
balancing of daily accounts, etc

Must be able to pass drug screen. If you are able to perform the above duties independently as well as work as a team in a busy environment, come pick up an application at our office!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
