Registered Nurse - PRN Circulator (Safety Sensitive Position)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN Circulator. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient safety, possess strong clinical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Circulator during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the operation
Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use
Assist the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies in a timely manner
Monitor and document patient status and surgical procedures accurately
Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control standards at all times
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care and surgical activities
Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment, following all safety guidelines

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of practice
Proven experience as a Circulator or in a similar surgical nursing role

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
Flexibility to work PRN hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
