R & R, Inc. of PA – Working Shop Foreman – New Castle, PA

R & R, Inc. of PA is looking for a Shop Foreman for their New Castle, PA location. Responsibilities to include:

· Answer customer phone calls, process paperwork, and schedule appointments for truck repairs

· Help technicians with Mack and Volvo help desk phone calls for in process truck repairs

· Open/create repair orders, process, and billing.

· Help mechanics with clocking on correct jobs/repairs, and assist techs
