Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager Preferably bilingual) to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, team management, and inventory control.

Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Develop and maintain kitchen budgets
- Implement and maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely deliveries
- Train new employees on kitchen procedures

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management, coffee shops, hotels, quick-service fast-food restaurants, catering, or food production is preferred
- Proven track record in team management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
