The front desk is the first impression of our clinic, and we are looking for someone who can balance professionalism, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude while managing a high volume of patients.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm Front Desk Receptionist required skills & qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred (optometry/ophthalmology a plus)

Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly, and patient-centered attitude

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and learning EHR software

Strong time management skills and reliability (attendance and punctuality are a must)
