Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility is looking for a compassionate Nurse Assistant/ Certified Nurse Assistant (NA/CNA) to join our team of "lifeguards". We are looking for someone to work hard and have fun while doing something important!

Certified already? You qualify for experience pay up to $24.00/hour based on experience and shift!

The "Lifeguards" of Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility strive to SERVE as we care for our residents, families and each other. Each nursing member brings their strengths to the team and works together to provide exceptional compassion and care to the community we serve. We strive to make a difference and promote a positive, team-driven attitude. Each NA/CNA on duty will have the support of management, LPNs, RNs, and RMTs to care for residents of Lake Stockton. We have a 90 bed facility with a large memory care unit and we stay busy with one of the highest occupancy averages in the state! We would love for you to join our team! Not sure about full-time? Ask about our part-time options. Our Director of Nursing will work with you on your schedule to determine a best fit for you and our team.

A typical Lifeguard shift will include helping our residents to maintain a high quality of life by meeting their physical, mental and emotional needs to the extent possible in addition to: maintaining a safe, clean and attractive environment; actively and consistently contributing to the facility operations and communications; and behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of Lake Stockton and CMH.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or higher (preferred)

Experience: None needed… as we provide on the job training!

Skills: Good communication, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to get along with others and compassion.

Licensure/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant Certification - if not, then we help you obtain your CNA and provide on the job training. CPR Certification (we also provide this if needed).
