Full Job Description

Are you detailed oriented and organized? Why don't you consider joining our team? We are looking for a Experience Bookkeeper and Front Desk Associate In this role, you will provide support to staff and clients by assisting with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records

- Coordinate projects and tasks related to bookkeeping operations

- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence

- General Front desk duties

- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Must have 2 years experience using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
