We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chiropractor to join our growing healthcare team and serve an established patient base in Sarasota, Florida area. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive health, wellness, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and care.
Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, posture, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate effectively to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
Participate in practice growth initiatives, community outreach, networking, and patient retention efforts.
Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
To work with and collaborate with our Medical Director.

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Active Florida chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one before start date).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-thinking on your feet is a must.
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Team-oriented mindset.
Passion for patient care and wellness.
Desire to contribute to the long-term growth of the practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Must work well with others and staff.

Preferred Skills

Previous private practice experience, but not required.
Experience treating family and pediatric patients but not required.
Experience with personal injury and auto accident cases.
Familiarity with diversified and/or multiple chiropractic techniques.
Community involvement and relationship-building skills.
Bilingual language skills is a plus but not required.
