Full Job Description

RejuvenX is seeking a Float Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support our Sarasota & Bradenton clinics, primarily based at one location with additional coverage at the other as needed.

PCCs at RejuvenX are the front-facing heartbeat of the clinic. In this role, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for patients—managing check-in/check-out, scheduling, coordinating care, and keeping the front office running smoothly. You’ll help ensure patients move efficiently through their visit and feel supported every step of the way.

Essential Duties

Greet and check patients in and out in a warm, professional manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and help optimize provider schedules
Ensure accurate entry and updating of patient information in the EMR
Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and treatment rooms to keep the clinic on track
Communicate clearly with patients about next steps, follow-up visits, and basic expectations for care
Answer phones, respond to messages, and route calls appropriately
Assist with preparing charts and ensuring documentation is ready before visits
Verify insurance and/or financial information as needed and collect patient payments
Maintain a clean, organized front desk, waiting area, and shared workspaces
Assist with inventory of front office and patient-facing supplies; flag/order items as needed
Float between Sarasota & Bradenton clinics to support staffing needs and patient volume
Other front office and patient support duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working with a diverse patient population, often in pain or under stress
Willingness to travel between Sarasota & Bradenton clinic locations as needed

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in a medical office, chiropractic, or healthcare front desk role preferred
Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (e.g., eClinicalWorks)

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week
Schedule may vary based on clinic and patient needs, including floating between Sarasota & Bradenton

Florida AHCA / Background Screening Requirement

This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (AHCA) as part of the hiring process.
