Bilingual Spanish Title Clerk / Sales & F&I Assistant

RPM Powersports – Sarasota, Florida
Full-Time | Saturdays Required (1 week day off)

Job Description

RPM Powersports is seeking an experienced, fluent Spanish-speaking Title Clerk who is interested in expanding into powersports sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive or powersports title clerk who wants to do more than manage deal jackets and paperwork all day. In addition to handling title work, making DMV runs and post-closing files, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers, prequalify buyers, participate in vehicle sales, and develop your F&I skills—with the opportunity to earn commissions on completed sales.

RPM Powersports is a busy, independent dealership specializing in motorcycles, personal watercraft, ATVs, and side-by-sides. The right candidate will be organized, accurate, customer-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership, and eager to grow into a larger sales and finance role.

Compensation and Growth Opportunity

position offers the stability of an administrative title-clerk role with the opportunity to earn additional commissions through sales and financing participation. We are willing to help the right experienced title clerk develop stronger sales and F&I skills. We sell jet skis, motorcycles and off highway vehicles like ATVs and side by sides and are willing to coach you on those types of vehicles if you don't have much experience yet powersports.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and audit deal jackets after closing to ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed
Process titles, registrations, lien information, payoffs, and related DMV paperwork
Work within Lightspeed DMS and Dealer DMV systems
Maintain accurate records and follow up on missing documents, signatures, or title requirements
Prequalify prospective buyers and assist with credit applications
Communicate with lenders and help collect required financing documents
Answer telephone calls, online inquiries, and showroom visits from Spanish-speaking customers
Explain inventory, financing options, warranties, maintenance plans, and the purchasing process in both English and Spanish
Assist Spanish-speaking customers throughout the sales process
Support the sales and F&I departments during busy periods
Protect confidential customer and financial information
Ensure deals comply with dealership procedures and applicable state and federal requirements
Provide professional follow-up to customers before and after each sale

Required Qualifications

Fluent in both Spanish and English
Previous automotive or powersports title clerk, dealership F&I, or closely related dealership experience
Working knowledge of titles, registrations, liens, deal jackets, and dealership documentation for both the DMV and DOR.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional telephone and in-person communication skills
Comfortable discussing financing and working directly with customers
Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and able to maintain customer confidentiality
Available to work Saturdays—Saturday availability is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Dealer DMV
Experience using Lightspeed DMS
Experience using DealerCenter
Previous automotive or powersports sales experience
Previous F&I or lender-relations experience
Familiarity with motorcycles, jet skis, ATVs, or side-by-sides
Experience prequalifying buyers and processing credit applications
