Full Job Description

We're Hiring! Office Operations Coordinator (Full-Time)

Join the ADL Heating & Air Conditioning Team!

We're looking for an organized, energetic, customer-focused individual to become the newest member of our office team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and can easily manage multiple tasks, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

Monday-Friday
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering customer phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude
Scheduling service and installation appointments
Dispatching service technicians
Accounts payable data entry
Communicating with field technicians throughout the day
Inventory management
Providing outstanding customer service while maintaining attention to detail

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Can easily switch between tasks and prioritize effectively
Has excellent organizational and communication skills
Is detail-oriented and dependable
Enjoys working as part of a team
Treats customers with professionalism and respect

Preferred Qualifications

QuickBooks experience is a plus
Bookkeeping experience is a plus
Previous office, dispatch, or customer service experience is preferred
