Full Job Description

Director of Admissions

Brandon Academy is seeking an experienced, energetic, and innovative Director of Admissions to lead our student recruitment and enrollment efforts. We are looking for someone who will do far more than manage inquiries and campus tours—we want a leader who will actively grow our school by bringing fresh ideas, building community relationships, and creating new opportunities to connect with prospective families.

This is a strategic, outward-facing role for someone with a proven track record of increasing enrollment through creative marketing, community engagement, and partnership development.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative admissions and enrollment strategies to attract new families.
Represent Brandon Academy at community events, school fairs, and other outreach opportunities.
Build and maintain feeder partnerships with local preschools, private schools, and other educational organizations to create a strong pipeline of prospective students.
Plan and host engaging on-campus events that introduce prospective families to Brandon Academy, going beyond traditional open houses with creative and memorable experiences.
Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to promote the school, its programs, and student life.
Guide prospective families through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment while providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with school leadership and faculty to communicate Brandon Academy's mission, values, and unique educational offerings.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, or business development, preferably in an independent or private school setting.
Proven success in developing and implementing strategies that increase enrollment.
Experience building partnerships and networking within the local community.
Strong social media marketing skills, including content creation and digital engagement.
Experience planning and executing successful recruitment events.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
