Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy & Regenerative Health

Location: Lean Lab – Pasadena, CA
Position: Per Diem (Pay per patient)
Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience
Start Date: Opening this month!

Lean Lab is looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about IV therapy, regenerative health, and longevity, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in an innovative and patient-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and peptide therapy
Perform IV placements with skill and precision, ensuring patient comfort
Monitor and assess patients during and post-infusion for any reactions or side effects
Maintain proper documentation of treatments and patient progress in EMR
Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and peptides
Ensure compliance with all safety, sterility and infection control protocols
Work collaboratively with our medical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Be comfortable checking in/out patients if necessary

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of California
Minimum 2 years of IV therapy experience (preferably in wellness, functional medicine, or regenerative health)
Strong IV placement skills and ability to work with patients of varying vein accessibility
Familiarity with peptide therapy, vitamin drips, and hydration treatments is a plus
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Passion for health, longevity, and wellness
