Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring each caller receives prompt, courteous assistance
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating customer information in various databases like QuickBooks
Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information with excellent phone etiquette
Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized workspaces to enhance overall efficiency
Support administrative tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic clerical duties that keep daily operations running smoothly
Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and ensure timely completion of tasks while demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management

Experience

Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is highly preferred
Demonstrated customer service experience in a front desk or reception setting
Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping programs is advantageous
Strong typing skills along with data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing professional phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse customer needs
Previous roles such as dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or personal assistant can provide valuable relevant experience
