We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Production Manager specializing in Residential and Commercial Maintenance to lead and optimize our maintenance operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential maintenance projects, ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of residential & commercial landscaping maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications.
Develop and implement operational schedules and processes to optimize productivity and timely task completion.
Coordinate and allocate resources, including crew members, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crews, providing training, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to Milosi’s quality standards and industry best practices.
Identify and address production-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage resource utilization for efficient operations.
Promote and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Report on operational progress, project completion, and resource usage to senior management.

Requirements:

Experience managing landscaping services, with a focus on landscape maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams.
Knowledge of horticultural practices, maintenance techniques, and landscaping equipment.
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Franklin, TN or surrounding area, prior to the start date.

Work Environment:

Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Willingness to work beyond standard hours, when necessary, to meet project deadlines.
Ability to cope with difficult situations, negotiate obstacles while professionally interacting with clients.

Physical Requirements

Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting.
