Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers with professionalism
Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing clear and courteous communication.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality
Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinating events as needed
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
Maintain a clean and welcoming office.

Requirements

Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professionalism
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
