Delaware North is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant, Finance to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to help the organization run efficiently. What will you do?

Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports, invoices, and other administrative materials
Compile agendas, presentations, supporting documents, and meeting materials for executive and management meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by managing communications, screening inquiries, and directing requests appropriately
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Organize and maintain executive files, records, mail distribution processes, and department supplies to support efficient operations
Build and sustain effective working relationships with executives, business partners, and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate and execute special projects by managing timelines, requirements, and deliverables to ensure successful completion

More about you

Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably within finance, accounting, or business operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience working with ERP, accounting, or other enterprise business systems a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic financial and mathematical skills, including working with budgets, invoices, percentages, and reconciliations
