What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Human Resources / Office Manager, you’ll wear many hats to ensure our team and office function seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Managing day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive and efficient workplace.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
Serving as a trusted resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Supporting management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:

3+ years of experience in Human Resources—this is a must-have for the role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both HR and office management responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
