Full Job Description

Serenity Care Health Group is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering compassionate, affordable, and culturally relevant care to underserved populations in Los Angeles County. With a focus on refugee communities—particularly Cambodian and Hispanic populations—our services include primary care, mental health, and social support to ensure our patients receive whole-person care.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Khmer-speaking Outreach Driver & Program Aide to join our team on a per diem (as-needed) basis. This individual will support our CBAS (Community-Based Adult Services) operations by safely transporting participants, assisting with wellness check-ins, and participating in outreach efforts to connect eligible community members to our services.doors.

The duties include:

Transport participants to and from their homes safely.
Conduct door-step check while provide delivery services to participants.
Assist participants in and out of home and vehicle as necessary.
Record transportation time for each participant's home to center and center to home in the transportation log.
Conducting and participating outreach efforts as required
Maintain the vehicle(s), keep clean at all times, and check regularly for safety. (i,e., brakes, engine oil, tune-up etc.).
Keep the record of vehicle maintenance checklist updated.
Keep the vehicle up to safety code at all times.
Perform any other job that the Administrator may assign

Qualifications: Maintain a good driving record.

Fluent in Khmer (spoken required; written a plus)
Valid California Driver’s License (Class C; “P” endorsement preferred)
Clean driving record
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Reliable, punctual, and respectful with excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with and connection to the local Cambodian community is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Must have the self-confidence and interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of people in the community.

We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Flexible schedule with at least 8 hours per week guaranteed, and up to 16 hours per week (on-call/as-needed basis).

Monday to Friday (shifts assigned as needed, at least 8 hours per week)
