NP/PA – Ophthalmology (Oculoplastics) 1.0 FTE Full Time Opening

San Diego, California – Scripps Ranch & Santee Clinics

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group has been at the forefront of clinical excellence for over a century, providing integrated, coordinated care to generations of San Diegans. SRSMG has 16 clinic locations and over 800 board-certified primary care and specialty care providers located across San Diego communities.

SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system

Requirements/Preferred Experience:

SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Ophthalmology Division
To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA
- Experience in ophthalmology is not required, but strongly encouraged

Position Details

Full-time salaried position in Ophthalmology (Oculoplastics)
1.0 FTE schedule with flexibility of four 10-hour or five 8-hour clinic days per week (with a one-hour lunch break)
100% outpatient role based at Sharp Rees-Stealy Scripps Ranch and Santee clinics
No after-hours / No call / No inpatient work
Opportunity to work closely alongside experienced oculoplastic physicians in a collaborative, team-based environment
Ideal candidate will be comfortable performing Botox injections

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
