Vice President of Human Resources

Position Summary
For All Seasons is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This executive will lead the organization's people strategy, helping attract, develop, and retain an exceptional workforce while fostering a culture grounded in compassion, accountability, innovation, and excellence.
The Vice President of Human Resources serves as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, providing strategic leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role balances big-picture thinking with practical leadership, ensuring Human Resources is a strategic partner that supports both our employees and our mission.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic member of the Executive Leadership Team and advisor to the President & CEO.
- Develop and implement the organization's human resources strategy in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Foster an organizational culture that promotes engagement, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth.
- Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and leadership development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Utilize workforce data and analytics to inform organizational decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing Human Resources department focused on service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment law, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
- Experience leading organizational change and partnering with senior leadership.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or other mission-driven organizations.
