Job Overview

Atlantic Utility Trailer Sales is seeking an experienced Operations Administrative Assistant to support our Leasing, Rental, Service, and Transportation departments. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has experience in the semi-trailer, trucking, transportation, leasing, rental, or fleet maintenance industry and understands the day-to-day operations of commercial equipment.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations for trailer leasing, rentals, and service.
Coordinate with customers, drivers, technicians, and vendors.
Schedule trailer pickups, deliveries, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Open, update, and close work orders.
Maintain accurate equipment, customer, and service records.
Process rental and lease paperwork.
Communicate repair status and scheduling updates to customers.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and administrative reporting.
Coordinate transportation logistics and equipment movement.
Monitor fleet availability and equipment status.
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations experience.
Semi trailers
Trucking
Transportation
Fleet maintenance
Equipment rental or leasing
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
Experience with transportation, service, or fleet management software is a plus.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
