About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office/Clerical Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while helping ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Provide administrative support to managers, and team members across multiple departments as needed.
Organize, maintain, and file electronic and paper documents.
Update company phone directories, organizational charts, and office information.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents as requested.
Assist with company programs, communications, and special projects.
Respond to general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude with a strong customer-service focus.

Preferred

Experience supporting multiple departments or managers.
Experience coordinating meetings, travel, or company events.
Familiarity with office equipment and general administrative procedures.
