Travel Echocardiographer (Cardiac Sonographer) – Cumming, GA | Up to $2,000/Week

Job Title: Travel Echocardiographer (Cardiac Sonographer)
Location: Cumming, Georgia 30041
Facility: Northside Hospital Forsyth
Department: Cardiology Services (Echo)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Variable Schedule)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Weekly Pay: Up to $2,000/week
Employment Type: Travel Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Echocardiographer (Cardiac Sonographer) to join the Cardiology Services team in Cumming, GA. This 13-week assignment offers competitive weekly pay, day shifts, and the opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience performing adult echocardiograms and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE).
Acquire high-quality cardiac ultrasound images for physician interpretation.
Evaluate cardiac anatomy and function using ultrasound equipment.
Prepare patients for procedures and explain the examination process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent Echocardiography/Cardiac Sonography experience.
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
Registry eligible or registered in Echocardiography.

Required Certifications:

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) OR
CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)
