Full Job Description

Description

Provide the Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to all members and guests. Answer phones, direct members and guests to their destinations within the club, provide business and concierge services to our members. Inform members and guests of Club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities. Along with occassionaly making hotel reservations.

Receptionist Duties

Welcomes members and guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.

· Directing members and guests to their destination

· Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

· Make reservations and provide information on all club events. This at times will include taking reservations for the hotel

· Sort Mail and Packages- incoming and outgoing. Get packages to destination

· Handling member and guest concerns as needed

· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks

· Maintains safe and clean reception areas including copier and coat room

· Competency in Microsoft Office and Jonas Club Management software

· Good Communication Skills- both written and verbal

· Strong Customer Service Skills

Marketing Responsibilities- assist Marketing Director with promotions and social media updates
