$17.00-$18.50 per hour Full-Time

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
No evenings, weekends, or major holidays!

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our dental team. If you enjoy working alongside experienced providers, building relationships with patients, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

Assist the dentist during chairside procedures using four-handed dentistry
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each patient visit
Take dental radiographs (Ohio Radiography Certification required)
Record patient histories and prepare charts
Assist hygienists with patient care and clinical procedures
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention standards
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain dental supplies and operatory equipment
Assist with patient scheduling and front office duties as needed
Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines while providing exceptional patient care

Qualifications Required

Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting Program or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in four-handed dentistry
Current Ohio Radiography Certification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred

Ohio Dental Assistant Certification
BLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Experience with OSHA, CLIA, and infection prevention standards
