Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and efficient. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have a minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry.

Duties

Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Manage reservations through multi-line phone systems and online booking platforms.
Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash transactions and processing payments.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Familiarity with hospitality practices is beneficial.
Proficient in phone etiquette and capable of handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
