As our Bakery Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the bakery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

Supervise the daily operations of the bakery
-
Schedule and coordinate bakery team members
-
Lead, coach, and train bakery staff
-
Ensure baked goods consistently meet quality standards
-
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
-
Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs
-
Foster positive communication between bakery, retail, and restaurant teams
-
Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality
-
Support a positive, team-focused work environment
-
Assist with additional bakery and operational duties as needed
-
Previous bakery, commercial bakery, or restaurant bakery experience required
-
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred

Passion for baking and producing quality products

Positive attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Dependable and organized

Team-oriented with a willingness to lead by example

Available to work early morning/day shifts
