OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN/ DOCTOR ASSISTANT

(No experience required, but this is a long-term position. Please don't apply if you are seasonal or still in school)

There is a system and a procedure for everything, so the office runs smoothly. Your attitude, organizational skills, people skills, and willingness to learn are most important. ABOUT THE JOB:

The successful candidate will be meeting and greeting patients, pre-testing and getting patients ready to see the doctor, ordering and checking in contact lenses and glasses, teaching contact lens classes, calling patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, interacting with children and families, making sure patients stay on track, doing what it takes to get the job done, and being a source of positive energy. This position promises to be fun and fulfilling for the right candidate.
