Sales Support CSR · Commercial Sales Coordinator · Inside Sales / Account Coordinator

Location: Roseburg, OR (in-office) Type: Full-time Reports to: Operations / Commercial Sales

Works alongside: Commercial Outside Sales Representative

The role:

We got our start in Roseburg in 2012 and still call it home. Now we're building out our commercial side, and this inside sales support role is the office half of a two-person sales team. You'll be the operational backbone for our outside sales rep — the customer service representative who keeps proposals moving, accounts organized, and large customers taken care of while the rep is out in the field. When a property manager, restaurant group, or facility director calls, you're who they reach — and how you handle that call is part of why they sign. These are business owners who expect prompt, professional communication and paperwork that's right the first time.

What you'll do:

Serve as the primary inside point of contact for commercial prospects and accounts, coordinating closely with the outside sales rep
Field inbound calls and emails from commercial customers, respond promptly, and keep nothing waiting
Prepare and send proposals, service agreements, and follow-up documentation accurately
Enter and maintain account details, contacts, and activity in our CRM (data entry that's accurate and current) so the sales rep walks into every meeting knowing exactly where things stand
Build and update spreadsheets in Google Sheets for tracking the sales pipeline, multi-location accounts, and service schedules
Coordinate scheduling between commercial customers and our field/production team
Follow up with prospects who received a quote but haven't booked
Handle account questions and resolve issues with a calm, solution-first approach — and know when to escalate to the outside sales rep
Manage account renewals, keeping existing commercial customers under contract and on schedule
Keep records, contracts, and correspondence organized and retrievable

What you need:

Professional written and verbal communication — you'll be talking to business owners, office managers, and facility decision-makers
Comfort and competence with email, computers, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
Working proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry — creating, updating, and organizing account information accurately
Ability to learn and work confidently in a CRM and pest control management software (we use PestPac — CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus, not required)
Strong attention to detail; commercial paperwork has to be right the first time
Organized and self-directed, able to juggle competing priorities without dropping anything
Reliable, punctual, and dependable — large accounts notice when you're not
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

Prior experience as a customer service representative (CSR), sales support specialist, sales coordinator, or account coordinator
Background in commercial or B2B customer service / inside sales
Pest control, home services, or field-service industry experience
Experience supporting an outside sales rep or sales team
