About Cape Family Medical Clinic:

Cape Family Medical Clinic is a rural health organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care in Southeast Missouri and beyond. As the host of the Pulse Telehealth Resource Center (PTRC), we provide telehealth expertise and support to healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Central PTRC. This part-time role plays a critical support function across the team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communication, and general office coordination.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position works closely with the Program Director and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide general administrative support to the RTRC team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.

· Assist with preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

· Maintain organized records and filing systems (electronic and/or paper) in compliance with grant requirements.

· Support data entry and tracking for program activities, technical assistance, and outreach efforts.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting planning, and event logistics as needed.

· Respond to general inquiries via phone and email, or route to appropriate team members.

· Assist with ordering supplies, processing invoices, and basic financial tracking.

· Support internal communication and help ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines.

· Provide occasional support for webinars, trainings, and outreach events.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or grant-funded environments is a plus.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Approximately 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling; Monday–Thursday preferred)
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
