Full Job Description

Job Overview
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. You will manage multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and assist with various clerical tasks, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

What you’ll do

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience
Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries as needed
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate filing systems for documents
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing correspondence
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information
Help create content for our Instagram (20k+ followers), including filming reels and behind-the-scenes clips

Basic qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in computer literacy, including online scheduling software and online phone communications

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist/front desk is a bonus
Familiarity with office management practices and administrative experience
