Full Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working around incredible cars?

Attitude Street Cars is a growing performance and repair shop specializing in domestic performance vehicles, restorations, diagnostics, custom builds, and general automotive repair. From classic muscle cars and Coyote swaps to Hellcats, Broncos, Mustangs, race cars, and daily drivers, every day is different.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who wants more than just a front desk job. This position combines reception, customer service, scheduling, and light service writing responsibilities. If you’re friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people, we’ll teach you the automotive side of the business.

What You’ll Do

As the first person our customers meet, you’ll help create an outstanding experience from start to finish by:

· Greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude

· Answering phones, emails, and text messages

· Scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily shop schedule

· Creating repair orders and documenting customer concerns

· Preparing estimates and explaining recommended repairs

· Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process

· Coordinating with technicians regarding repair status and timelines

· Ordering parts and communicating with vendors when needed

· Processing invoices and customer payments

· Following up after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction

· Maintaining organized customer records

· Helping keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an automotive expert—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Our ideal candidate is:

· Friendly and outgoing

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Dependable and punctual

· Comfortable using computers and learning new software

· A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone

· Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Calm under pressure and able to solve problems professionally

· Passionate about providing exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or office experience

· Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required

· Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is helpful

· Valid driver’s license

· Automotive knowledge is a bonus—but not a requirement. We can teach the automotive side. We can't teach a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
