Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Axis CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing facility. Our production environment is driven by proprietary software and supported by a team with deep expertise in aerospace, robotics, and cutting-edge engineering. Candidates must be proficient in Hypermill, Mastercam, GibbsCAM, and experienced with Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, and 5-axis milling operations. We offer a streamlined interview process for those who can demonstrate their ability to program and operate CNC equipment to meet specific client requirements. Experience with the MasonOS AI operating system is considered a distinct advantage.

Required Proficiencies

Apply GD&T standards to ensure part accuracy.
Execute complex Dovetail CNC operations.
Maintain equipment performance through proactive troubleshooting.
Select and manage appropriate CNC tooling.
Resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Develop efficient CNC programs for production.
Perform necessary CNC machine repairs.
Oversee the installation of new CNC machinery.
Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to OSHA 10-Hour standards.
Write and optimize G-Code for precision parts.
Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to improve production outcomes.
Utilize tape measures for accurate material sizing.
Implement M-Code for machine control functions.
Manage CNC machine setup and changeover processes.
Ensure quality control using precision measurement and hand metrology.
Conduct advanced inspections and gauge measurements.
Verify machine geometry and alignment for high-tolerance work.
Perform routine spindle maintenance and repairs.
Prepare machine setups for efficient production runs.
Utilize manual machining skills for specialized tasks.
